Order with complete confidence. We guarantee all of our plants, and bulbs to be true to name and strive to select only the finest quality. If you are not pleased with any purchase, please call us at (931)779-3512 or email us gardenhelp4@gmail.com and our Customer Service representatives will be happy to help you. We look forward to being part of your gardening success and we want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied.

 

Our warranty guarantees plants for 1 year from the date of original order. This includes all perennials, ferns, vines and ground covers. If plants die within the 1 year we will gladly replace them at our expense.    

 

PERENNIALS: If perennials are planted AFTER the first week of February they are not expected to show growth/bloom UNTIL the following Spring.

 

FERNS: Ferns planted AFTER the last week of March are NOT expected to show growth/fronds until the following Spring.

 

Trees & Seedlings

All trees and tree seedlings come with a 30 day guarantee. If your trees do not leaf out in Spring or if your evergreen trees die within 30 days will offer a one time replacement. Shipping not included. If you have any issues with your trees please notify us as soon as possible. We will ask for a photo to verify the validity of the tree.

All sales final. No refunds will be given.

If you have any questions or concerns about your plants when they arrive (size, Qty, or color) you must notify us within 3 days to receive replacements.  

Also please contact us directly to return plants for a ROA#. A customer service representative will give you this number upon demand. 

All sales are final on all plant orders.

 

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after placing.
