Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days (usually sooner) by US Mail. 

 Stock will arrive, being dormant without leaves, foliage or blooms. They are not dead, they are dormant for winter. They are all freshly dug and shipped promptly. 

Orders can be cancelled for only 1 hour after placing them. No cancellations can be made after this time. 

We are not responsible for damaged plants in transit. If you receive a package that has been damaged please keep the package and plants until we can file an insurance claim with the post office. 

 We ship all orders to the address the customer provides us, so please make sure it's a correct US mail address. If you make a mistake and add the wrong shipping address we can only reship your package to the right address with an addition fee of reshipping and our cost on the plants. If we make a mistake and ship to the wrong address...No worries we will reship to the correct address for free!

PERENNIALS: If perennials are planted AFTER the first week of February they are not expected to show growth/bloom UNTIL the following Spring.

FERNS: Ferns planted AFTER the last week of March are NOT expected to show growth/fronds until the following Spring.
