The Cinnamon fern is one of the largest fern plants available. It also is known as Osmunda Cinnamonea and is largely native in the eastern United States. Great for landscaping due to its sheer size and beauty. It can be classified as a perennial because it reblooms every year without replanting. This fern can be found growing in swamps, bogs, and moist woodlands. The fronds of this plant can be found to reach heights of up to 6 feet at full maturity. For best results, cinnamon ferns thrive in deep shade or filtered sunlight. They can tolerate more sun when grown in wet soil. Hardy Zones 4-8. This is very easy to grow and will flourish in any shade.
